The return policy is limited to items that have not been tempered from their original condition with tags, as described on the website and with original certification in unworn condition. 4. In case if I lost the jewellery certificate, can I have a new one?

  » Yes, The service is available to provide you duplicate certificate. Also, the new certificate will be watermarked as Duplicate. Charges applied.

5. What if I want to resize my ring?

  » At this stage, we do not offer ring resizing option, please make sure about your size before placing order. However, you can surely contact our ever friendly consultants for size conversion.

» Kindly check product as soon as it is delivered for any manufacturing issues or damages. We will refund you 100% payment within 30 days.

¤ The products that are not covered by the policy are:

» Any product that has been worn and is not in brand new condition as it was sent.

» Any accident with gemstone or jewellery is not covered by our return policy and warranty replacement. Our advice for you is to please check your item as soon as it arrives and notify us for defects or damages.
