1. Order
  • All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms & condition.
  • We do not offer direct access to the details of your purchase on this website. Therefore, it is recommended to print out the "proof of purchase" e-mail for your records. If you want to get detailed information about your previous purchases, please contact us.
  • With your command and control, you make an offer, the goods in the quoted price is subject to the terms and conditions.
 2. Shipping
  • We offer free delivery within Worldwide.
  • All our products are carefully manufactured to provide you the highest quality. It takes approximately 3 weeks to deliver you at your doorstep.
  • We strive to deliver the goods within schedule, but delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors like force majeure etc.
  • Please note each and every product of ours are insured, hence your product is safely secured until it reaches your door step.
  • The risk of loss and damage of products becomes your responsibility from the date when the products are delivered to you by us.

  • It is recommended by us that the delivery address mentioned in your order placed with us should not be passed on to third parties.
3. The acceptance of the order / payment
  • Perrian.com offers several methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, AMAX and Paypal
  • No order will be shipped until we received your full payment.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice & according to the market price of gold, silver, diamonds & other materials.
  • Goods are subject to availability. If we fail to deliver the goods for any reason, we will inform you so as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
  • Title to all products purchased on this website is provided upon delivery of the products provided that we have received, processed, and made full payment of the products.
  • All prices including GST.
  • Perrian.com may in its discretion can refuse an order in such a case the money received by us will be deposited within 30 days to your nominated account.
  • You acknowledge that, in all cases, Perrian.com is not responsible to you for any losses, damages, expenses or other claims that you may incur.
  • You agree to indemnify against all costs and expenses incurred for the payments to us when payment is illegal.
4. Returns and Exchanges
  • We offer lifetime exchange policy on all products. If the product or diamonds/gemstones are in perfect condition you can exchange the product for any other item at 80% of market price. Kindly note that all the original certificates are required at the time of exchange.
  • Exchange policy is not applicable to Solitaires & Solitaire jewellery priced above AUD 10,000.
  • We offer 100% 30 days satisfaction guarantee for all the product.
  • The return policy is limited to items that have not been tampered with, and returned in their original condition with tags, as described on the website and with the original certification.
  • Please contact us to discuss any issues, as the management has the ability to reject these restrictions on a case to case basis, subject to the discretion of the management.
  • Kindly note that only jewellery priced up to AUD 2000 and solitaires upto AUD 10,000 are covered in this policy. No refund will be provided for jewellery over AUD 2000 and Solitaires & Solitaire jewellery over AUD 10,000.
  • Refund requests will be solely confirmed after you return the item in its original condition, unworn and with original packaging and certificate.
  • If the purchased jewellery has been altered or modified in any way by the customer, other jeweller or any other third party, lifetime exchange Policy does not apply and the item is non-refundable.
  • Each diamond ring engraved with diamond dropped or lost is not covered by our return policy and does not have a replacement warranty.
  • Our advice to you is to check your item when it arrives and inform us for defects or damages, in such case you can contact us on our email us at contact@perrian.com.au.
 
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. All these changes gets effective immediately upon posting on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions when you use this website to make any purchase or any other personal use.
