>> We offer a full no questions asked refund within 30 days of placing the order except on customised goods. The return policy is limited to items that have not been tampered from their original condition with tags, as described on the website and with original certification. Please contact us to discuss this issue, because the management has the ability to reject these restrictions on a case by case basis. It is to be noted that only jewellery priced upto Rs 1,00,000 and Solitaires and Solitaire jewellery upto Rs 5,00,000 are covered in this policy. No refund will be provided for jewellery over Rs 1,00,000 and Solitaires and Solitaire jewellery over Rs 5,00,000.
